Carrying out suitable activities and inspections on parts of the imported   goods of the national Iranian oil company, coming from the EPC contracts of the oil projects or the overseas and local contractors.

A arranging import sectors and determine the limits of duties levy and contractor and employer's expenses in such contracts (including credit and reciprocal purchase), put in charge of the customs affairs by managing director of central company and complete supervision on imports done by contractors and gaining assurance from the contractor's obedience from the items in the contract and the current regulations and laws, writing required letters to introduce the contractor agents to the related organizations and companies (including transportation companies, Iran's customs, Iranian customs services, department of transportation) to carry out the customs formalities and customs clearance and consigning goods to the place of related project, settling every probable disputes, especially customs cases and participating in the customs dispute settlement meeting in Iranian executive customs and Iranian customs to protect the interests of a company, guiding the contractor to carry out the customs formalities and special goods, tariff of oil project with regards to experience and documents and preventing from paying extra, inspecting the green importing goods permits and gaining assurance from the authenticity of tariff and the importing rights of customs duties, and completing the required factors to clear accounts of foreign exchange and the commitments of credit opening bank which opened credits, approving the payment of customs expenses to contractors, preparing statistics on importing and clearance done by contractors, and preparing domestic statistics including: imported, cleared goods and removing the obligations customs and the opening bank and gaining assurance of fully documents and clearing foreign exchange with executive customs and credit opening bank, and presenting necessary reports and documentaries of this field to the senior manager, it clear that the whole affairs of the import department of EPC with the cooperation of the executive plan (employer) and bilateral correspondence and frequent technical meetings are carried out and, if necessary, I will officially transfer each of the customs action of this section to the clearance agents of the contractors in the office of official documents.

Inspection of the goods in the country of origin

Dealing with all correspondence and necessary arrangement in concern with inspecting goods purchase before consigning in the factory or the warehouse of overseas manufacturers and sellers by the agent of buyer of valid international inspection companies approved by central bank, considering kinds of goods and the technical methods of the person requesting, also making necessary agreement in adding the name and address of the trade institution or agent of buyer in the conditions of documentary credits and granting the related license according to credit condition, considering the regulations of standard office and industrial research of Iran about the goods liable to obligatory standard regulations.
