Customs affairs and clearance

 1- Obtaining the necessary license for imports, exports, transit, custom ceremony, temporary entry and exit, the arrangement of related statements to them in almost all northern, southern, central and western customs of Iran.

 2- Carrying out customs operation of various importing goods of oil-gas industry of Iran in the customs and clearance with tariff based on the kinds of goods.

 3- Carrying unloading the ship in the harbors and various direct consignments and loading from warehouses and the terminals of harbors and customs, strip and different kinds of containers and all goods services at the customs.

 4- Making suitable arrangement with authorized inspective departments and if necessary, repeating inspection of goods at the warehouses of customs and obtaining license to show to the customs.

 5- Being fully familiar with customs correspondence and related expressions and with customs regulations and imports and exports of goods.

 6- Carrying the arrangement and correspondence with shipping companies and the customs service of Iran and public warehouse to carrying various services of goods and calculating cost according to current tariffs.

 7- Participating in meetings for tariff cases and disputes in the executive customs office and if necessary, referring a higher authority, namely commission of customs disputes of settlement and participating in these meetings to defend the interests of the company, obtaining the orders issued and notifying to the executive customs.

 8- Following clearance in time and preventing correspondence being in the supplementary goods organization and abandoned goods offices in customs and obtaining the license of clearance from those organizations or if necessary, from the religious ruler.

 9- Consigning cargo from customs and various harbors of country to the warehouses and the projects in various areas via domestics transportation agencies and checking the terminals of country with adequate insurance or goods value, the arranging various domestic company road-bills.

 10- Following and collecting necessary documents to showing to insurance companies about the goods which had an accident, were stolen or damaged and taking the insurance money.

 11- Corresponding with heavy transportation companies and the security and terminal of country to inspect ways and obtaining the license for consigning heavy loads and other kinds including reactors of an oil refinery and necessary arrangement with the road safety campaign and other organizations which transport such cargos from the origin and carrying them to the workshops of the companies asked for, from main roads or feeder roads on trailers or … and an escort (taking several months) and unloading them.

 12- Obtaining a written receipt from the warehouses principles or chiefs and the projects for the delivery of goods, preparing all kinds of documents of the costs and presenting them to the company's financial affairs department and clearing accounts and goods and ending the cases and gaining assurance about the final exchange clearing and annulling bank the commitment.

Advising and establishing transaction affairs and opening credit documents.

The commodities exported by other countries and inspected, transported, cleared, and delivered directly or under my supervision are:

CKD – CBU, the machinery products lines and its instruments, measurement machinery for liquids and gases, different kinds of precision instruments and laboratories, different kinds of raw materials, heavy machinery, the oil and gas transferring including all kinds of pipes, coverings, connections, pump stations, different kinds of security equipment, all refinery instruments and machinery, petrochemical materials, electrical equipment, gas cylinders, oil tanks with floating ceiling, spare parts, etc … the adviser department of procurement and overseas purchase and the purchase of domestic goods.
