-         Sufficient acquaintance with international trades, the current regulations of central bank of Islamic republic of Iran and bank departments. Ministry of commerce and ministry of industries, if necessary, obtaining insurance for the overseas and domestic goods, the guaranties of foreign exchange and Iranian currency according to Incoterms.

-         Preparing the seven sheet forms of order recording to purchase goods and recording an order in the ministry of commerce in no time.

-         Preparing the four sheet forms of service recording to purchase engineering services, under the license and so on.

-         Preparation the application forms of opening credit and L/C in following the cases of purchasing goods or service providing in no time.

-         Arranging insurance of all goods being purchased from the origin of all countries to final destination (warehouses) with the lowest cost.

-         Taking essential measures about insurance and obtaining the insurance money if the goods damaged.

-         Getting any guarantee providing prudence guarantee paying in advance if necessary.
